Role & Responsibilities
Be responsible for HR programs to attract, retain, motivate, and develop Propacity’s greatest asset, it’s people!
Talent Acquisition- support recruiting process, candidate experience, putting together competitive offers etc.
Develop, implement, and maintain performance management and talent review processes
Prepare HR documents and correspondence, including letters of employment verifications, SOPs, new hire guides, custom documents and more
Develop and implement compensation and rewards programs to ensure compliance, equity within organization, and market competitiveness
Maintain HRIS system and data, evaluate and implement new payroll system as needed
Actively solicit feedback from and communicate with all levels of employees and leadership
Develop and implement onboarding programs to ensure a smooth and positive experience for employees
Apply if you:
Have 3+ years of progressive HR experience
Possess demonstrated understanding of HR programs including compensation, performance
management, employee relations, and employee/manager development
Are extremely detail-oriented, timely, and organized in executing administrative duties under the HR scope
Are proactive in looking for opportunities for improvement across the organization
Have a high level of impact on a rapidly growing team through implementing scalable processes and policies
Have the ability to work directly with senior leadership to set strategy and build a thriving company culture
