About the Role

Stakin is a non-custodial infrastructure provider for Proof-of-Stake blockchains. Stakin serves institutional crypto players, foundations, custodians, exchanges as well as a large community of individual token holders. The company provides services on 40+ blockchain networks including Ethereum, Cosmos, Solana, Polygon, Polkadot, Near and more. In total 53,000+ delegators have trusted over $1.6b+ in assets with Stakin. We are looking for an Institutional Ambassador with a passion for driving the adoption of Proof of Stake with crypto investors. With blockchain being such a fast-paced industry and innovations coming up every day, we have a preference for fast learners and put a strong focus on execution.

The compensation for this position is a Revenue Share from the closed deals with no upper limit.

Objectives of the Role

The successful candidate will have a good understanding of blockchain technology and the ability to clearly convey technical concepts to non-crypto stakeholders and partners.

• Identify opportunities and develop partnerships by tracking relevant projects and industry developments in blockchain, PoS, and staking
• Work closely with our stakeholders to identify partnerships that will help accelerate our product adoption, add to or enhance our product features, and expand Stakin’s user base into new global markets
• Availability of references from previous projects

Skills and Experience

• Experience in the blockchain is a must
• Ability to develop the trust of potential partners executives and influencers
• Strong oral and written communication with the ability to explain complex technical features in a language that can be understood by the general public
• Strong organization skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency in English
• Hands-on approach to working with internal and external stakeholders
• Great relationships with crypto funds, exchanges, and/or institutional investors
