About Us

At Prospective, we combine distributed computing, simulation and Machine Learning to recreate the second by second dynamics of city transport networks. These mirror worlds give both people and autonomous agents the ability to foresee the near future of the flows of people, goods and vehicles in the environment around them and adjust their behaviour accordingly.

Using this technology, we’ve built an autonomous dispatch system called FlowOS that enables vehicles to anticipate the near future of their own fleet and coordinate autonomously with other moving vehicles and smart infrastructure to improve service efficiency. FlowOS is being adopted by some of the biggest public transport operators in Europe to streamline day to day transit operations. We’re now looking for an entrepreneurial minded, customer facing product manager to spearhead the market positioning and expansion of the use of FlowOS within complimentary transport and logistics markets.

Your role

People and relationships are at the heart of enterprise technology deployment. This is especially true of AI technology, which has the potential to transform established ways of working. Our deployment team therefore needs a clear understanding of how our technology works and a deep and empathetic understanding of its users, so we can empower them to improve their own business using our technology. As Customer Success Manager, you will work directly with our clients to help them integrate, understand and realise the full potential of FlowOS for their business. You will explore the objectives, motivations and pain points of our users building relationships based on trust, credibility and understanding. Your technical expertise, understanding of user needs, and people-first approach will help set Prospective apart from our competitors and put us at the heart of our customers’ future organisations.

Working directly with the CEO, internal and external project support, data science and engineering teams, you will ensure successful delivery of the company’s software with key enterprise clients. To be successful you will need to:
Build relationships with our customers’ management, commercial and technical teams, understand how they work and how FlowOS can provide value to them.
Support users in realising value from FlowOS through training, demonstrations and troubleshooting.
Build user trust, confidence and understanding in FlowOS and the way it works.
Work with the wider deployment team to gather and synthesise detailed feedback from our customers to shape deployment strategies and product development.

What we’re looking for

A people focused approach, with the ability to develop relationships and build understanding and trust in technical concepts and systems with a broad audience.
A technical background and experience working with data, ideally in the transport industry.
A strong interest in the potential of technology to improve urban mobility.
An entrepreneurial mindset that seeks business opportunities.
A willingness to travel and spend time at our clients’ offices
Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to a broad audience.
Strong communication skills and a collaborative working style.
Strong organisational skills, maintaining clear documentation and keeping deployment on track

We would also value

Knowledge and understanding of the technologies, software and standards used in the operation, scheduling and planning of public transport.
Knowledge and experience of deploying complex data analysis or simulation products, ideally in the mobility and transport industry.
Knowledge and experience of deploying transformational AI systems and other innovative products within enterprise organisations.
