About Stolp
Stolp is a startup active in the emerging space of digital welltech that develops tools to unplug from the little screen, a.k.a. the omnipresent smartphone. Our main goal is to help people to focus more on what matters most to them, by helping them to achieve peace of mind and uninterrupted time. Stolp is focused on giving every person, adults and children, a moment of peace of mind by experiencing life and work uninterrupted. With 9 out of 10 people wanting to spend less time on their smartphone, we want to help people not end up in the rabbit hole of their little screen.

Stolp is designed by a team of curious individuals challenging the status quo on smartphones and trying to make a positive impact on people’s lives. By creating elegant tools and informative & inspiring content, a new way of looking at life & the role of the smartphone has arrived.

Our former product is the winner of a Red Dot Design and iF award, and with our current product (Stolp) we ran a successful Kickstarter campaign and are now selling via our webshop, in retail and to B2B-companies, where we accompany our product Stolp with a keynote and other educational sources.

Covering Europe and launching soon in the U.S., having raised €500K in Feb ‘22 from national and international investors, we’re looking for multiple people to join our team.

Tasks - How you'll make an impact

  • Plan, manage and analyse social advertising campaigns on a variety of advertising platforms. Manage the budget and develop an advertising strategy.
  • Set up, measure and improve funnels from scratch.
  • Find new ways to grow our audience and buyers.
  • Set up and test landing-, product- and homepages : website conversion and optimization.
  • Co-create content that supports the buyer journey. Accompanied by your colleagues - who'll take care of the visual & copy on your request - you'll create the content you need for your funnels.
  • Finetune campaign targetting.
  • Improve tracking and reporting.
  • You’ll do all this for both B2C as our B2B-offering.
  • Sit down with the sales team to implement their feedback in the funnels & pages.

Experience & Mindset - You are someone who

  • Has worked at least 3 years in a similar position and is ready to bring your skills to the table.
  • Is an A-player. You’re highly motivated by growth and driven to make this work to make it a success story. Results-driven you are.
  • Knows how to spend the money! Lead generation & sales campaigns in Google ad campaigns, Linkedin ads, Meta ads,... are your cup of tea.
  • With a clear understanding of the entire marketing funnel you can not only do the ideation phase, but also execute.
  • Has - of course - a good sense of data analysis, and know how to get the data you need.
  • Is fluent in English - your work does not require proofreading.
  • Follows the latest trends in digital marketing, and like to share them with others.
  • Likes to improve yourself, tries to be more productive, and to achieve more focus. As these are the topics Stolp & its buyers are all about, you need to walk the talk and have a personal interest in achieving these as well.
  • Can speak business fluently. You'll work together closely with the founder and COO on new ways of reaching customers, and are expected to understand the bigger picture and think along. You have the ambition to grow into our first ever CMO.
