Operations Associate

Redbasil is a fast growing startup building a B2B digital marketplace for food and beverage establishments (e.g. restaurants, cloud kitchens) and their suppliers (e.g. wholesale food distributors, traders etc.). Our mobile app-based solutions include an online storefront for suppliers, procurement of a full range of food supplies for F&B outlets, with digital order fulfillment and payment workflows.

We have recently launched in Delhi NCR market and getting enthusiastic feedback from customers. Looking for passionate, curious, go-getters to join the founding team and help build our ground operation in Gurgaon/Delhi/Noida.

We are hiring for an Operations Associate role to work closely with the founding team in onboarding of restaurant and vendor partners onto the Redbasil marketplace.

Responsibilities include

• Responsible for day-to-day operations, coordinating logistics, resolving customer complaints, preparing analysis for management

• Invoicing, billing, payment collection, price benchmarking and related analysis

• Onboarding of wholesale vendors / traders / distributors within specified categories (e.g. fresh produce, meats, dairy, dry grocery etc.)

• Customer service and support for onboarded partners

• Cultivate a strong understanding of the food + beverage ecosystem and clearly articulate to users the value proposition of a digital marketplace to solve for current friction points

What we are looking for

• Completed a Bachelors degree, preferably in business administration (other degrees will also be considered)
• 1+ year of experience in operations / sales / digital growth / startups (prefered)
• Obsesive customer-orientation, anticipates user needs proactively
• Self-driven, action-oriented, entrepreneurial mindset
• Comfortable with stretch goals and drive to achieve them
• Ability to thrive in an unstructured environment
• Sound knowledge of Excel, Word, Powerpoint and related tools

Full-time opportunity based in Gurgaon or Delhi.
