About Easocare:
Easocare is a fast-growing healthcare SaaS startup to empower local brick-and-mortar pharmacies in India with digital technologies to enhance their online presence and help them increase their sales. We develop, host, and operate a custom built OMS and a client-facing application. Those apps currently power and service millions of rupees in order value. You’ll be a part of our team building systems and applications for our hundreds of retail medical stores & key partners.

We’re looking for a dynamic, driven, and experienced professional who wants to take on the challenges mentioned above. We need you to participate in feature discussions, digging into business requirements, and understanding the user.

Responsibilities:

• Will be the creative and design lead in the Marketing team.
• Create a visual language for the brand that would include its brand campaigns, illustrations, videos & animations thereby promoting a culture of design excellence within and outside the organization
• Graphic Designing: Conceptualize and create all the collateral material of the organization including product designs, logos, brochures, fliers, mailers, posters, newsletter template, promotional materials, etc.
• Video: Story boarding and post production, able to tweak the content to ensure the logical sequencing and smooth running. Able to edit and work on both real footage and animated videos using motion graphics
• Knowledge on business presentations, print media, web media, video editing and flash animations
• Collaborate with cross - functional internal teams to define and execute user interface requirements.

Personal Attributes & Competencies:

• Needs to have sound knowledge in both graphic designing and video editing- compiling videos and generate real footage or animated videos using own storyboard
• Minimum 2-3 years of professional experience in the same field, video and graphic designing.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating your passion for design
• Bachelor's degree from any academic institute in graphic design/ visual communication, or equivalent experience in the graphic design field.
• Strong, clean visual design sense.
• Good knowledge of design programs such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe In Design, Adobe After Effects etc
• Good knowledge for Social media marketing and maintaining uniformity over all social media posts following brand guidelines
• Must be self- motivated to prioritize and manage workload and meet critical project milestones and deadlines.
• Maintain technical knowledge staying up-to-date with emerging trends
• Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build good working relationships
