About Easocare:
Easocare is a fast-growing healthcare SaaS startup to empower local brick-and-mortar pharmacies in India with digital technologies to enhance their online presence and help them increase their sales. We develop, host, and operate a custom built OMS and a client-facing application. Those apps currently power and service millions of rupees in order value. You’ll be a part of our team onboarding retail medical stores, key partners and handling customer relations.
We’re looking for a dynamic, driven, and experienced professional who wants to take on the tasks mentioned below. We need you to participate in feature discussions, digging into business requirements, and understanding the user.
Responsibilities:
- Build relationships with prospective clients
- Maintain consistent contact with existing clients
- Manage sales pipeline
- Analyse market and establish competitive advantages
- Track metrics to ensure targets are hit
- Manage sales representatives in Mumbai Metropolitan Region
- Generate onboarding, sales and operations report
- Coordinate with regional heads in other cities and help develop their market
Personal Attributes & Competencies:
- Prior experience in communications/sales/marketing
- Hands-on experience in communicating with clients & potential leads
- Able to connect the dots between client relationship and business value
- Ability to hit timelines and own the work
- Strong communication and problem solver approach.
- Understanding Business needs and coming up with solutions
