The Role

Rendever is on a mission to change the future of aging. In the US alone, 10,000 people turn 65 each day, yet as many as 40% end up severely isolated and alone. The world needs to turn our attention towards them and start creating an aging experience defined by health, happiness, and positive social connection.

Rendever is overcoming social isolation through the power of virtual reality and shared positive experiences. Our resident engagement platform has been implemented in more than 500 senior living communities, hospice organizations, and health systems. Partners are using Rendever to reduce depression and loneliness by fostering personal connections amongst populations where life has become limited. Participants in group sessions can check off bucket list items together, revisit meaningful places, share stories, and stay engaged with family members through our award-winning networked virtual reality platform.
Rendever is in an exciting period of growth, with an all-star lineup of current partners and an industry ready for change following the COVID-19 pandemic. To keep up with industry interest and upcoming new product offerings, we’re ramping up our sales commitment and looking for the perfect people to help us take on this growth opportunity.

The perfect candidate will have successfully navigated their first sales experience and can point to the numbers to prove it. They’ll know what it takes to go from 0 to 100 with a modern B2B sales model and will dive into every tool and resource to make themselves successful. Perhaps most importantly, they will care. Key Performance Indicators & Responsibilities

  • Quota Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Ongoing Pipeline Development: Create and manage qualified opportunities through cold calls, inbound leads, networking, and regional/national conference attendance.
  • Rendever Platform Demonstration: Develop a deep technical and use case-specific understanding of the Rendever platform to demonstrate effectively the positive impact potential we have for our partners and those they serve.
  • CRM & Sales Enablement Utilization & Management: Accurate and timely management of all sales activities, pipeline management, and opportunity management within our CRM (HubSpot and Salesloft).
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Rendever’s Community Engagement & Growth teams to execute strategic sales objectives.
  • Industry Presence: Generate excitement through conference attendance, social media activity, and proactive industry networking.
  • Travel: Must be able to travel for conferences, regional meetings, and in-person demos at senior living communities, hospice organizations, etc., as necessary.
  • Location: Boston, MA; Atlanta, GA; Chicago, IL, and Denver, CO

You’re a good fit if you have...

  • Proven initial experience in sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and a preference for experience in the broad category of tech-enabled human impact
  • A passion for helping the aging community and caregivers.
  • Demonstrated aptitude for setting up and managing sales processes focusing on KPI-driven improvements.
  • Proficient written and verbal communication skills.
  • Self-motivated and entrepreneurial spirit.
  • Superior prospecting skills and demonstrated ability in creative problem-solving.
  • The ability to be flexible and wear multiple hats
  • Strong daily time management skills
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
