Kyle is, in short, a bulldog when it comes to evangelizing for his startups. I've had the pleasure of knowing Kyle for the last few years both as an advice-seeker, and as a CEO for one of his invested companies. Kyle is quick with advice when needed and more to the point, is honest and up front as well.
Founder and CEO of Desktop Metal. Started 6 cos (last two are unicorns). Experience from seed to billion dollar IPO. 5 years as VC (+100%IRR).
Kyle is one of the most responsive advisors I have had the pleasure of working with. He has always come through with thoughtful and helpful answers and has become one of the first calls I make when I have a question.
Kyle is, without a doubt, the most energetic and positive person I've ever met. He worked with me as an adviser, investor and board member and he's been absolutely incredible. It's hard to estimate how much value he added to our team.
In 20+ years as an entrepreneur, I've had the pleasure of meeting many great people. Kyle is definitely one of them. In addition to his high energy and enthusiasm, he is also very grounded in focusing in on the key metrics that make companies tick and isn't shy about pointing to them. When it comes to "adding value" to a start up, Kyle is the real deal.

My board didn't think I had enough "experience" and the independent board members got in my head with over analysis and critique. In the end, I learned a lot, powered through, got stronger & ended up becoming GM running the Dyn business for 3 years.
