Answer phones/email/social media and respond to customer requests professionally
Provide customers with all relevant and related information
Research required information using available resources
Coordinate with all functional areas and ensure s/he is fully updated at all times
Purchase tickets for customers when instructed
Identify, research, and resolve customer issues
Follow-up on customer inquires where required
Communicate internally and ensure issues (if any) are appropriately escalated
Complete call logs and reports
Document and communicate customer service requests when resolution involves cross functional interaction
Recommend process improvements
Other duties as assigned
B.A./B.Com/B.S. or equivalent
One year or more full time experience in a customer service (phone/email) environment
Proficient in relevant computer applications including CRM softwares
Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
Proficient in all Microsoft Office tools
Knowledge of administration and clerical processes
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Good listening skills
Problem analysis and problem solving
Customer service orientation – enjoy helping people
Structured and organized at all times
Attention to detail
Ability to take initiative and use sound judgment
