Koru Kids is a hugely ambitious company with one goal: to build the world’s best childcare service. We work towards a triple mission: help families – especially working mothers – juggle the hardest years of their life; help caregivers thrive in a difficult role; and give children a childhood full of everyday adventures. We are right at the start of our journey, having already transformed the landscape for after school care in London. Just two years in, we’ve delivered hundreds of thousands of hours of care, received over 40,000 applications to become a Koru Kids nanny and now train and deploy 150+ nannies each week. We’ve won lots of awards, including at the Startup Awards, the Nursery Awards, and the Impact Awards. Our founder Rachel was named ‘Inspirational Mother’ at the Inspiration Awards. Meanwhile our team builds seamless, comprehensive, beautiful software, and delivers high quality ongoing training and development for our nannies.

A few notes on the role:
– We’ll need someone who can take responsibility for all of growth: brand, online, offline, managing agencies, managing the inhouse marketing team, driving the metrics forward, strategy and execution
– Things we value highly: senior growth/marketing experience especially in a startup environment; any startup experience; a humble and down to earth character; very high IQ and EQ
– On timing, we are open to different things. If you’re wanting to start relatively soon that could work. Alternatively, we would also be open to the idea of someone starting in Q1 of 2019.
– We love employing parents, and we try to be as flexible as possible. It might be possible to do this role part time, depending on your level of experience.
