Jobs at Knotch

Sure, this is a "Jobs" page, but, for us, Knotch is not just a job. Knotch represents our work, and we care about our work deeply. We think about it while we rap in the shower or as we lie in bed, counting electric sheep. Because we care about our work, we care about the people working at our side. We hold each other to a high standard, and nobody is more critical of our work than ourselves and each other. We’re strict, sarcastic, but also supportive, professionally and personally. We’ve been through many proverbial, emotional, and chemically-induced ups and downs together. We’re looking forward to many more. We’re continuously expanding our roles to do more or to do better. Everyone on the team is a novice in some aspect of their job; not because we're bad, but because we’re constantly learning, constantly growing, and constantly inconstant. We’re a tech startup, but we’re misfits in the realm of hoodies, flip flops, and branded t-shirts. We don’t have a single guru, ninja, or wizard on our team. But we do have a producer, a professor, and a polyglot. You probably follow one of us on Instagram. We’re definitely not startup cool, but we’ll gladly settle for being real-world cool instead.
