We are looking for a sharp, motivated, energetic growth and customer acquisition guru to be a key part of our growing team. You will report to the CEO and own demand-side growth for our marketplace, focusing on scalable customer acquisition strategy and execution. You should thrive in high-pressure environments, have a super strategic mindset, be comfortable with the technical sides of marketing and come up with creative ways to reach new audiences as well as clever engagement tactics. You will be responsible for the following:
-Collaborating with the CEO to refine and implement customer acquisition growth strategy
-Managing all performance marketing including: paid acquisition, conversion optimization, email and engagement, partner marketing
-Experimenting constantly to identify and refine acquisition channels and optimized conversion funnels
-Owning and implementing everything related to customer acquisition- from high level strategy to ad copy and keyword bidding
-Working closely with the Product and Tech teams to implement customer acquisition campaigns
-2-3 years of experience in digital marketing, growth, growth hacking preferably at an early stage high growth startup (ideally a marketplace or ecommerce business), at a digital marketing agency, or a top consulting firm
-Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels and tactics and deep experience with 2 or more the following: SEO, SEM, email marketing, web testing and landing pages, and paid and organic social
-Serious Google Analytics and Excel proficiency
-Excellent verbal and written communication
-Data-driven, obsessed with measuring and improving impact
-Detail oriented, organized and very self driven
-Knowledge of cameras and related equipment is a plus
-Interest in marketplace dynamics is a plus
