The Role

We invite candidates with good communication skills for the post of Customer Care Representative.This position requires an action-oriented, problem-solver who will assist both rural and urban customers by providing information about our services, resolving any complaints / issues and assisting in the use of our technology product.

Technology Skills Required
Familiarity with Windows, Browsers like Google Chrome etc. and Microsoft Office
Familiarity with operating Android smartphones and applications
Demonstrate an ability to successfully navigate websites and smartphone applications

Communication & Problem Solving Skills
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) in English, Hindi and Marathi / Kannada
Strong phone contact handling skills
Ability to patiently guide semi literate rural customers through technology features
Ability to compose grammatically correct and accurate written response
Ability to understand agricultural practices is a plus

Qualifications
Graduate(Any Stream) eligible to apply.
