Over the last five years I have been responsible for specifying, building, launching, evolving, and managing the BT Mobile product set. During this time, my team and I have:
- Successfully launched BT Mobile, rapidly followed by bundled mobile handsets (2016) and the “Family SIM” product.
- Managed multimillion pound development budgets, delivering our products on time, to budget, and to exacting standards.
- Built a supplier ecosystem from logistics through to knowledge management and airtime.
- Acquired >400K highly satisfied and engaged customers in the first year of operation.
I have consulted for companies globally including among others: a Middle-Eastern operator on Sub-branding strategy, proposition development, and organisational design; and Australian operator on fixed-mobile-convergence strategies in the business-to-business space; and a South African indirect channel provider on mobile-market entry strategies, commercial modelling, and partner negotiations.
