Kaz Konsulting assists emerging and established brands such as SHHHOWERCAP, FUR, MMXV Infinitude in maximizing business strategies, brand development, and sales; achieved through personal long-standing relationships in the beauty and apparel industries. We work with over 400 retail locations - luxe beauty stores, department stores, fashion retailers, upscale spa/salons, lifestyle boutiques, upscale fitness centers, apothecaries, including: Sephora, Nordstrom, Neiman Marcus, Bloomingdales, Barney's, Revolve, Shop Bop, GOOP, Violet Grey, Urban Outfitters, Anthropologie, Free People, Cos Bar, Bluemercury, SpaceNK, Ulta, Equinox, Exhale etc.

The Role:
We are looking for an entrepreneurial, goal-driven superstar Intern who is willing to take on various roles. This person will report directly to our Founder and is someone who is hungry, energetic and eager to learn!
Happy to give school credit but also open to pay hourly!
The Responsibilities:
-Interested in learning the intricacies of retail/wholesale partnerships in the beauty and apparels industries
-prospect new retailers through google, yelp, cold emails, phone calls, cold walks ins etc.
-Assist Founder in managing existing relationships with partners with a commitment to excellent customer service
-Ability to work independently, juggle multiple priorities and complete responsibilities in a fast paced, change-oriented environment
-Coordinate with operations team to input purchase orders, ensure products are received, accurately invoiced and paid on time
-Work cross functionally across the company to ensure that partnerships are optimized for success
-Oversee samples to prospects, fulfill orders on back end, send tracking, follow up with clients etc.
-Assist with creativity and management of our social media accounts ie. Instagram, Facebook, etc.
-Seek out conferences, networking events, and trade shows in order to build our B2B partnerships
Qualifications:
-Local NYC Student, 0-3+ years experience in B2B wholesale - pending business degree is a plus!
-Excitement for our product lines: FUR, SHHHOWERCAP, MMXV Infinitude
-A scrappy team player that is ready to hustle and pitch in wherever necessary
-Knowledge of and passion for beauty and fashion trends
-Confident about reaching out to any potential customer-- even if it means cold-visit or cold-calling
-Demonstrate project management and problem solving skills
-Goal-driven and passionate about exceeding goals
-Someone who follows through; you never fail to write a thank you note and you pursue every promising lead
-Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive and handle uncertainty, ambiguity and the challenge of quickly evolving goals
-Highly competitive, tenacious, personable and persistent – eager to form strong relationships
-Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to get your point across in a succinct and professional manner
-Social media experience is a huge plus!
