Find great jobs with the company revolutionizing the way we travel.
Unlike airlines, bus companies are new to web technology. Their data systems are primitive and vary greatly. There are no unified data standards and no accessible APIs. Direct business and technical partnerships are required to perform custom integration with their technologies in order to deliver a fully functional search and booking process. Without this middle layer technology and direct partnerships, consumer sites like Kayak cannot exist in this space.
Wanderu built the ITA and Kayak for ground travel. We collect, process and route partners’ data to deliver a consumer search that Millennials love and receive a percentage of each transaction. Our technology and low customer acquisition costs create a defensible, scalable business which we will use as the foundation for creating the travel brand for the next generation.
Teamwork and collaboration is not just a foundation of our learning platform – it’s our culture. We’re looking for dedicated problem-solvers who want to transform education and professional development.

KIWI.KI GmbH is the Best Internet of Things Solution in Germany 2015. Our smart Entry System KIWI allows users to unlock doors completely hands-free, with our identity token KIWI Ki or by using our KIWI App.
Our goal is to replace the physical key and to revolutionize key management. Our smart access-as-a-service solution KIWI allows users to unlock doors completely hands-free with our identity token KIWI Ki or by using our KIWI App. Our customers from the real estate industry use the KIWI Portal to simplify key management. And service providers like Deutsche Post and waste management companies open the doors of apartment buildings with KIWI. More than 47.000 households in 15 cities are already connected to the KIWI Infrastructure.
Our development team is an interdisciplinary mix, covering the full range from hardware and firmware development through systems, web, and mobile. Our highest priority is safeguarding the privacy and security of our users. We believe that it's possible to have a connected system without gathering huge amounts of information on the private lives of our customers. As a result, we have developed our whole system almost entirely in-house, using cutting-edge cryptography, an innovative wireless sensor network, and an open-source approach.
KIWI consists of four system components. The transponder - called KIWI Ki - replaces the physical key. The door sensor sits in the locking system of the house. When an authorized KIWI Ki approaches, the sensor would unlock the door by activating the door strike. A gateway ensures constant connection to the KIWI Infrastructure. The infrastructure itself is the joint administration platform behind all accesses.
A patent has been filed for the encrypted authentication process between Ki and sensor. The sensor is compatible with almost every electrified bell panel and easy to install. Thus, the lock doesn't need to be touched.
KIWI is no big data company. We cannot see, who is opening which door. The system has been explicitly developed with the intention to protect the users' privacy.
