If money were not an issue, what would you be doing right now?
I think I would probably be doing what I am now, albeit on a much larger scale. I love real estate investment, and I'm always reaching for more ambitious projects. My job is an integral part of my life, and I don't think I would give it up.
What words of advice would you give your younger self?
Be patient. Success comes with time, and rushing towards it will only slow you down in the long term if you overreach and stumble as a result.
What's your super power?
I'm a diligent researcher. That sounds mundane, but it's incredibly important. Research can make the difference between breaking even on a project and taking the (literal) house.
