Jacob was one of my early team members when I started TreeHugger.com (acquired by Discovery in 2007), and I was an investor in his web startup when he became a founder. He's a pro communicator, is super well connected, and has genuine intuition for markets, products, and customer needs.
I lead business development and am the co-founder of Artiphon, a consumer electronics startup that is reinventing the way music is consumed and created.

Prior to Artiphon I founded Nemonics Media to create social web apps for content creators. Our product, QuoteTh.is, made it dead-simple to share quotes across social networks. I created TreeHugger Radio, the popular podcast of TreeHugger.com, the web's leading green lifestyle site. I hosted and produced over 200 episodes, reaching tens of thousands of listeners each week. I've also traveled the world covering sustainable automotive technology for MSN.com. Before that I managed environmental programs for American Apparel, the US's largest domestic garment factory.
