Writing fiction and non-fiction novels from my cabin.
What words of advice would you give your younger self?
Take more writing and business classes in college. Be a better father early, you don't get second chances. Be a better brother to your younger siblings when they are young, you don't get second chances there either.
What's the most creative thing you've ever done?
I am the game master for several board-game groups - almost weekly I engage in the most creative thing I know how to do. Challenging every time.
Which founders or startups do you most admire?
Hard to argue against Jeff Bezos - he saw a need and crafted a solution to meet that need. So great was the need that the market has rewarded him above all others. Rockefeller, his exploitative methods aside, was also an amazing person.

I'm (not) Batman.

“In everything, therefore, treat people the same way you want them to treat you, for this is the Law and the Prophets."

What aspects of your work are you most passionate about?
Ascertaining the correct diagnosis in a complicated case, bringing compassion to those who have gone without it for too long, and encouraging others to become invested in their own health.
