We're looking for an Engineering Manager who can take complete ownership of our Engineering Team, hustle and get shit done while building and scaling our product at inFeedo. Our ask is a burning desire for scale, relentless passion for building cutting-edge products and an undying love for technology.
1) 8+ years of work experience preferably in SaaS
2) Leading a team of 10+ engineers for at least last 1 year
3) Experience in scaling multiple applications, databases, infrastructure and security
4) Outstanding technical aptitude and a proven past record for team to draw inspiration from
5) Experience handling security and performance issues in a small business
6) Capable of getting problem statement solved given only time and budget.
7) Great with people management skills
8) Extremely strong communication skills
