improvado Sales Development Representatives are the life-blood of our sales team responsible for generating qualified opportunities with marketers at agencies and corporations of all sizes. This is a role within one of the fastest growing segments at improvado. You will work directly with our talented Account Executives that manage a $1M+ dollar pipeline, develop a target account strategy and acquire new customers within a defined territory, segment or vertical.
Sales Development Representatives are expected to acquire an average of 15 new opportunities per month with a lucrative compensation plan. Be prepared to uncover business pains, articulate ROI and deliver customized product demonstrations to help prospects understand the importance of embracing the digital evolution in advertisement marketing. This is an extremely fast paced environment.
Leads are marketers of all levels that have either come to improvado looking for help with their online marketing spend and digital strategy, or the Account Executive and Sales Development Representative specifically targeted them as a good fit based on job role, product offerings and/or industry vertical.
In this role, you will:
+ Join improvado’s fastest growing segment
+ Be responsible for achieving a monthly qualified opportunity quota
+ Quarterback the resources needed to acquire new opportunities
+ Collaborate with your Account Executive
+ Master Inbound and Outbound marketing methodology
+ Become an expert at using improvado’s Software
+ Proactively generate new pipeline opportunities in your territory
+ Broaden improvado’s Up-Market Brand Awareness
+ Leverage your creativity, intellect and attitude, in order to win new business.
You need to:
+ Have high ethical standards and values consistent with ours-hard work, integrity & team player.
+ Embody company attributes
+ Evidence that you have consistently been a Top Producer, Self-Starter and have an affinity to learn the art and science behind software sales
+ Have experience in quota carrying role speaking to prospects over the phone/web
+ Some experience with a startup is preferred
+ Experience in successfully initiating sales cycles with C-Level executives.
