We are looking for a Client Success Manager who is a pro-active problem solver and lightning speed learner. We'll be counting on you to provide our clients with world class customer service. We are looking for a high energy hustler who knows what it takes to keep our customers happy and our churn low.
Key responsibilities include:
Customers are your #1 priority, and you’ll do whatever it takes to support them.
Learning our product inside and out to be able to solve simple questions quickly
You will be working directly with our clients to solve any tech issues that arise in a timely manner
You'll help the sales team onboard new clients and field any questions during the on-boarding process.
You will track all tasks meticulously to make sure they are completed with in a reasonable time period.
You'll work closely with our sales team and account managers to resolve issues as they arise.
You'll also work closely with our development team to make sure all tasks are pacing for a timely delivery.
Proven success in creating exceptional and impactful customer service experiences
You are friendly, professional, and know how to take care of customers
Background with support of a tech product, ideally in the martech/ adtech space
Highly organized when it comes to task tracking across multiple clients
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Bonus points if you are a SQL or Tableau(or any other BI) wizard
You will be reporting directly to our Head of Customer Support.
