The copywriter's role is to translate our brand strategy, mission, and persona into a cohesive and impactful voice across all of our brand touch points: the website, email marketing, ad campaigns, offline experiences and product. As a member of the Marketing Team, the copywriter will work cross-functionally to write copy that presents our brand, engages users and drives conversions.
Write brand copy for Site, Email Marketing, Advertising, Tech/Product, Retail and other departments as needed
Report to the Director of Marketing and work closely with our Art Director to develop and maintain a clear, on-brand voice and messaging
Establish and document standards and guidelines for common copy usage across the entire brand
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
At least two years of past experience at an agency or brand
Enthusiastic disposition and ability to work well as part of a team
Ability and desire to excel in a fast-paced, dynamic and demanding startup work environment
Knowledge of and interest in design
