Copywriter (Full-Time, In-House)
Hinge, the dating app that believes when you’re real, you find something real, is hiring a copywriter. As the in-house copywriter, you will be the voice of our brand and play a key role in telling the world what Hinge is all about. You’ll be the master of all internal and external communications, including emails, in-app copy and advertising. The right person for this role gets that Hinge is a different kind of dating app and knows how to take advantage of every touchpoint with our Members to show them.
-- Craft the copy for marketing, product and design initiatives as an integral partner to each of these teams; scope includes copy for the user experience in-app, ongoing trigger emails and push notifications, one-off marketing emails and push notifications and advertising assets including Facebook and Instagram ads and landing pages
-- Respond to briefs from stakeholders and turn concepts into fully articulated creative assets
-- Ensure all communications coming from Hinge are consistent, in line with tone guidelines and hit the objectives they are set out to reach
-- 3+ years of copywriting for consumer-facing products or services
-- Ability to balance multiple priorities and manage deadlines
-- Collaborative team-player able to draw ideas from across the team to strengthen work
-- Understanding of business objectives and how copy contributes to them
