We build chatbots, voicebots for direct bookings, online ordering and guest experience management. Using our chatbots, a hotel can enable a guest to order a towel, room service, make a spa booking, leave review, do an online checkin or payment and connect with staff using existing messaging apps like facebook messenger, whatsapp, skype or slack. Based on user conversations, we personalize the experience for the user and enable quick actions(sort of Amazon Dash buttons). One of our customers uses our chatbot for online check-in allowing guests to upload passport, validate the documents and the guest can collect the key without spending time waiting in the line. Another customer uses the chatbot to send personalised offers for customer acquisition through referral and viral sharing. We are creating these seamless experiences using NLP and Image recognition, customer profiling and creating marketing tools on messaging and voice platforms.
