Saw a startup as a CTO from 3 to 150+ people, (managing 30+ of them, both in product development and operations), profitability, double-digit millions in revenue, and acquisition.
As a bio:
Gregory got hooked on programming (using Focal on a PDP-11 clone http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Electronika_BK) in 6th grade, and has been doing that ever since, for over 20 years now. Gregory's career includes founding one of the first ever online stores (http://web.mit.edu/newsoffice/1995/supermarket-0913.html). Most recently he has been a CTO of a pioneering online video advertising company Adotube,where he oversaw 30+ people in Engineering, Product development and Technical Operations. The company has which has been acquired by Exponential Interactive in 2011. Gregory holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science and Engineering from Massachusetts Institute of Technology. He is also an AWS Certified Solutions Architect, a Certified ScrumMaster and a Sun Certified Java Professional.
