We are looking for a Technical & Application Support Specialist (TASS) who is prepared to work in a dynamic startup environment, driving support processes and overall customer delight. If you are passionate about using technology to help improve lives, we believe Gray Routes is the place for you. You will be part of the Technology group, a small but tightly-knit team, that interfaces with Sales, Ops and HR and that means lots of opportunity to own things from start to finish that has tremendous impact on and across several different teams and revenue-streams.
Responsibilities
We are looking for a full-time Technical & Applications Support Specialist. As a Support Engineer, you will be responsible for installation, troubleshooting of company’s SaaS applications and tools on remote/onsite systems, as well as install, manage and troubleshoot office network/routers and printers. An ideal candidate will have firm grasp of how the web/mobile devices work, operating systems, networking, and software products, programming and basic scripting.
