Joined Bento for Business at the ground floor, pre-product launch. Stood up the customer-facing support systems and processes and back-end tools needed to convert applicants into active customers. I am also currently managing our partner accounts, customer success, fraud and risk policy and enforcement, and product operations. First Support hire at Do.com, brought on to define the support strategy as the product matured. Built and managed the entire customer support eco-system, including site portal design, support content, social media strategy and management.
