We are rapidly growing our client base while discovering new audiences and industries that benefit from our direct response video advertising and insights. To do so, we are assembling a team to qualify inbound leads while defining outbound prospecting through measurement and conversion.

FuelX is looking for a Sales Development Representative who is excited to launch his/her career in software sales. The SDR will partner with marketing and sales, drive lead generation by phone, set appointments, qualify leads and provide sales support for the sales team.

You're extremely comfortable talking to strangers. You're resourceful and metrics driven. The ideal candidate will have be naturally curious, competitive and effortlessly communicative. The position reports to the VP of Marketing. Based in San Francisco, FuelX offers a clear career path with plenty of opportunity to learn and grow.

This role involves ownership of a process that is crucial to FuelX’s business development and that bridges the operations of marketing and sales. The SDR is responsible for:

Outreach to all inbound leads that need further qualification.
Qualified lead assignment to the inside sales team.
Outbound prospecting for new contacts at companies not yet using FuelX.
Maintenance and measurement of all stages of pre-sales lead pipeline.
Daily use and update of FuelX’s business system: Salesforce.
Various sales and marketing enablement projects

1 - 2 years experience in a client communication position, ideally new client development, customer acquisition, or customer conversion.
Familiarity with Salesforce or comparable marketing measurement and customer relationship management tools.
Experience in a team environment that required email and phone outreach and analyzed performance by measured results.
