Felice is a serial entrepreneur, advisor and operator. Currently, Felice is CEO of eMerge Americas, LLC, and an advisor to the Biden Cancer Initiative. He is also a senior fellow at the Georgetown University Beeck Center on Social Impact & Innovation and co-founder of Roots of Hope, Inc.
Previously, Felice was CEO of Clearpath, Inc., (acquired by L1BRE, LLC), a venture-backed tech company focused on revolutionizing the confusing, costly and paper-based U.S. immigration filing process - just as TurboTax transformed tax filing. Following the acquisition of Clearpath, Felice was CEO of L1BRE, a tech company that aims to transform urban mobility in Latin America. In the Obama Administration, Felice served as the White House Fellow to President Obama’s Domestic Policy Advisor and worked on Latino, immigration and business engagement. In 2009, Felice was an adviser to Grammy winner Juanes and helped organize the historic "Peace without Borders" concert in Cuba, with 1.2 million in attendance. PODER Magazine has named Felice one of the "100 Poderosos" Most Influential Hispanics in the U.S. He is a Term Member of the Council on Foreign Relations and has been featured on CNN’s Young People Who Rock. Felice started his career working in President George W. Bush's White House.
