FameBit is looking for a Community Support rock star that has strong communication skills, a passion for helping people and a magnetic personality. You’ll be on deck for handling customer support responsibilities, creating educational content and helping grow our community of passionate YouTubers and brands . Knowledge of the YouTube space is a huge plus. This is an opportunity to join a small yet growing team that is changing the way brands and social influencers work together.
Be the first point of contact on support responsibilities through our online support system and email.
Work closely with the Community Director to quickly care for customer concerns.
Create or recommend support systems and flows that cut down on the customer support workload.
Create support articles, blog posts, and screencasts in response to common support requests.
Work with the product team to address user concerns and find solutions to help improve user-exprience.
Experience & Skills
1-3 Years Experience
Excellent written communication skills and a stickler for grammar.
An uncanny ability to turn a negative situation into a positive one.
Extreme patience and the ability to remain cool under pressure.
Strong ability to stay on track while constantly multi-tasking.
Willing to put out fires on evenings, weekends, and holidays.
A love for people and for “Inbox Zero”.
Knowledge of the YouTube space, previous channel experience is a plus.
Enough personality to fill a room.
Experience with Desk.com is a plus.
