Job Description
In general you’ll work with other colleague designers, coders, developers, sales executives and project manager from conceptualization to finished product. In your primary role you’ll display creative and technical skills to produce high quality digital graphics for websites, games, movies, special effects, apps, and more. At other times you may work on graphics for marketing, educational, corporate or theme-based materials.

Responsibilities
- Work closely and independently with Team on all project stages.
- Ready to take on part or full range of design duties.
- Conceptualize art for digital designs to create digital animation for prototypes and mockups according to Client specs.
- Optimize images and implement approved changes.
- Enhance existing graphics and images.
- Conduct usability tests on animated projects. Spot flaws or issues, make corrections, ask forward-thinking questions, and offer improvements to enhance overall user experience.
- Accomplish daily tasks and project output, strive to meet and satisfy various demands on a timely basis.
- Take on problems and challenge as part of growth/learning process.
- Possess a can-do attitude, especially for new and complicated designs or projects.

Requirements
- 0-2 years’ experience in web / mobile development
- Must be a good storyteller using design as the medium
- Genuine understanding and interest in slick and user-friendly UI/UX designs
- Strong in visual graphic & design fundamentals by training and possess good sense of creativity
- Bonus if proficient with HTML5, CSS3 or Javascript
- An advantage if familiar with ReactNative, Angular, ionic, material frameworks
- Enjoy working in a startup, teamwork atmosphere
- Keen learner and communicator, eager to share and learn from each other
- Able to contribute independently and offer ideas proactively
- Self-disciplined, organized, ambitious with clear career overview
- Share our passion to be a designer for better community
- Fluent in written and spoken English and Cantonese
- Fresh grads are also welcome and will be hired as Junior Designer/ Trainee

Salary package:
HKD15,000 - 25,000 depending on background and experience.
