Briefly, ExtraaEdge leverages analytics & data science to increase, manage & predict educational institute admissions. Using our “Admission & Marketing Automation Software” we help turn admission teams win & meet their conversion goals.
We are hiring for** Customer Success positions** for professionals with 2-4 years of experience for the Pune & Bengaluru location.
The candidate is expected to Drive Customer Success Outcomes :
- Increase renewal rates and reduce churn
- Expand our revenue in accounts through up-sell
- Influence future lifetime value through higher product adoption, customer satisfaction and overall health scores

Therefore, the primary requirement of this role is:
(1) Minimum 2-4 years in Customer Success or Account Management roles preferably in a product company.
(2) Understanding of SaaS business & underlying metrics
(3) Hands on expertise to deal with data & draw insights.
(4) Ability to manage influence through persuasion, negotiation, and consensus building
(5) Strong empathy for customers AND passion for revenue and growth
(6) Market competitive CTC.**
