🔎 We're looking for:

As a Back End Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in the design, development, and maintenance of our back-end infrastructure. You will work closely with our developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to deliver robust and scalable solutions that meet our customers' needs. This role requires a strong foundation in software engineering principles and a deep understanding of backend technologies.

We'd love an awesome Engineer that loves working on hard problems, is detail oriented, able to prioritize tickets based on stakeholder engagement, and is genuinely pasionate about building great software. You'll be able to optimize and scale our backend infrastructure to support rapidly growing user base and data volume, and consistently work with team leads to utilize customer feedback to make positive changes aligned with our product roadmap.

In the role of Back End Engineer, you will conduct thorough testing and debugging to ensure the reliability and integrity of our services on a consistent basis. You'll participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to other team members, as well as stay updated on emerging technologies and trends in backend development.

💥 Skills and experience:

• Ruby on Rails APIs
• General best practices of building APIs
• Understands how databases work and how to write optimized queries (SQL, NoSQL)
• Proven ability to build, launch and iterate on software under pressure
• 4+ years of software engineering experience or equivalent education/experience

😎 Nice to have:

• AWS knowledge
• Docker experience
• Full stack coding experience
