I helped to launch a new document scanning software to a multi site company. Rolled out a new sales software and Surface Pro laptops to over 200 salesmen, which migrated them off old Fujitsu laptops and an ancient sales software. Participated in hands on training, launch seminar, and training documentation creation. I obtained by CCT with JAMF Pro in order to administer the management software with two companies. I took it upon myself to create a SCCM test lab for a company that had no means of Windows management. Joined and quickly helped implement a never before program with a college. We rolled out over 100 mac pros to students taking part in a special program utilizing 0 touch deployment for the first time in the department. Participated in scheduling and rollout of tech refresh of over 300 computers throughout various departments. Began working at a startup and took on roles in QA as well as rebooting the onboarding experience.
