Job Description

Hiring an experienced CRO to mold and grow our talented team. This role will oversee and integrate sales and marketing, while taking accountability for customer success. Develop, manage and integrate the revenue generating functions of the company including all front-office team members.
Responsible for all revenue generating processes and execution for the company.
Lead, and implement sales strategy for all EnerKnol products from initial lead through the entire customer lifecycle to maximize revenue.
Collaborate and align the research publishing and marketing team to develop sales collateral and promotional material.
Create and implement Marketing initiatives that support revenue acceleration.
Increase annual revenues and maximize efficiency in lead generation, initial sale and customer revenue retention.
Manage the front-office team across multiple verticals including sales metrics, performance assessment, coaching and feedback, team succession planning and training.
Develop and implement new processes to optimize revenue functions.
Work with product leaders to provide customer driven feedback and direction to build products that meet customer needs.
Crunch the numbers and share data to drive decisions throughout the organization.
Manage the revenue pipeline and leads, adjusting as necessary to grow.
Drive and encourage a lean start up mentality environment.

Deep knowledge of energy information product SaaS sales functions, metrics, and best practices.
5+ years of SaaS sales leadership in energy information products.
Ability to execute successful go to market strategies.
Strong data skills needed to accurately forecast, plan and develop revenue projections for annual budgets.
Experience building and scaling start-up companies.
Successfully track staff productivity and implement maintainable goals.
Experience building high producing teams across multiple verticals in a global market.
Ability to lead projects and work cross departmentally with marketing, product, and engineering
Experience in a fast pace high transactional sales environment.
