Designed the cultural framework for our flat org structure based on Objective Key Results (OKRs) system. Adopted OKRs from scratch for Game Development and iterated to a complete...more bottom-up culture framework.
Implemented Greenhouse Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and processed 1800+ applicants in 9 months.
Activated, interviewed and recruited game developers, game artists, data scientists and senior roles for Istanbul,TR and London, UK studios.
