After interning in design roles during my Human Factors Engineering undergraduate education, I transitioned into Program and Product Management. I have worked on Photo and Video experiences at Microsoft and on an education and analytics platform for k-12 schools at IXL Learning.
My experience in program and product management has spanned included initial conception of feature ideas, backlog creation and maintenance, wireframing, prototyping, feature design specification writing, user-facing copywriting, user testing plan creation and execution, sprint planning and project management, quality assurance management, and post-release feedback and bug monitoring.
In both of these roles, I have focused on using data to inform product decisions, ensuring that I am the best advocate for the user that I can be, championing diversity and inclusion in all aspects of my work, and ensuring that I am the best partner my engineering and design teams could ask for.
