My main goal was to teach all of the participants that most likely you need a team with various skills when dealing with real life problems and raise the awareness of (open source) data and its possibilities.
I have teached over 200 students in introduction to statistics and trained multiple colleagues in R and SQL. I have successfully automatised customer reporting, from sql>excel>ppt hassle to one qlikview report combined with automated emailing reporting using calling data through API, building R script and writing Python to get it saved to AWS. Wrote an article with my colleagues about ML in the real estate domain and hired multiple colleagues.
