Job Description

Earny is looking for a Head of Business Development executive who will join the executive team of the fastest-growing finance service. As the leader of the business development team this person will be responsible for all aspects of Earny's strategic partnerships.

Job Description:

You will join our growing team as a key member working directly with the company CEO and management team. You will have a major impact and influence on the future of the company. Your objective as Earny's Head of Business Development will be to oversee and maintain our relationships with our covered financial institutions and retailers. You will own and lead our business development efforts across the US including striking custom business deals according to the needs and interests of each partner.

Requirements:

- Minimum 5 years experience in business development and/or sales, with 3 years experience presenting to C-level executives
- Demonstrated ability to manage several major partnerships from conception, to strategy development, to pipeline and relationship development, to close.
- Experience in working closely with a major partner to make a strategic partnership wildly successful in a manner that ultimately had a major impact on company performance.
- Demonstrated performance in the top 10% of similar level executives in an intense, fast paced environment.
- Track record in developing creative solutions to hard operational challenges via strategic partnerships, and driving alignment both internally and externally with partners.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with management, engineering, product, and business to execute a partnership and exceed expectations.
- Proactive approach and ability to work independently
