The Role

We are seeking a skilled Performance Marketing Specialist to join our team. This role is crucial for driving our digital marketing efforts, generating impactful results in terms of leads and revenue for both B2B and B2C segments. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in data analytics and a proven track record in executing successful digital marketing campaigns across Meta, Google, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, and Email marketing

Key Responsibilities:

Campaign Planning and Execution:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads, and LinkedIn.
  • Manage the entire campaign lifecycle, from ideation and planning to execution and optimization.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing strategies with business goals.

Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO):

  • Conduct thorough analysis and testing to optimize user experience and increase conversion rates.
  • Implement A/B testing and other optimization strategies to enhance campaign performance.

CRM Integration and Automation:

  • Integrate marketing campaigns with CRM systems to ensure seamless data flow and enhance lead management processes.
  • Develop and execute email and WhatsApp automation strategies to nurture leads and drive engagement.

Reporting and Analytics:

  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance using data analytics tools.
  • Generate detailed reports on key performance indicators (KPIs), providing insights and recommendations for future campaigns.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in digital marketing analytics.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in digital marketing, specifically in performance marketing roles, with a focus on B2B and B2C sectors.
  • Expertise in managing digital campaigns across various platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads, and LinkedIn.
  • Strong background in data analytics, with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and integration, along with email and WhatsApp marketing automation tools.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to rapidly changing environments.
  • Experience in conversion rate optimization, including knowledge of A/B testing and other optimization techniques.

Desirable Experience:

  • Past experience in a similar role, with a track record of generating significant results in terms of leads and revenue.
  • Certifications in Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, or other relevant digital marketing platforms.
  • A keen understanding of the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and performance analytics.
