As a business development manager, you would be responsible for leading and managing all sales operations in Belgium, the Netherlands and Luxemburg maximizing revenue growth while taking the lead on our largest deals and negotiate effectively to devise the most beneficial contract for both parties
Requirements:
- Previous experience in sales and business development strongly preferred
- Outstanding written & verbal communication skills in French and Dutch and a good level of English
- Previous experience and/or strong interest in outbound sales and prospecting
- Extensive experience actively closing large enterprise deals and track record meeting or exceeding quarterly/annual sales goals with year on year growth
- Expert at defining, refining, and implementing processes for reporting, analytics, forecasting and performance metrics
- Effective leader, extremely well-organized, analytical, and detail-oriented
- Strong problem solving, collaboration, and technical skills
- High-energy, with a relentless desire to prove oneself
- Excellent communication skills. Consistently and transparently (over-)communicate sales updates and business needs
- Well honed interpersonal skills. Ability to read emotions and reactions to situations and think creatively to find resolutions to objections
- Startup experience strongly preferred
