The #1 problem that faces the $500B+ TV industry? Getting people to watch shows. We solve this with the Dijit Engagement and Discovery Platform.
* Our platform helps people find shows then ensures they watch them * We support live, streaming, and on-demand * We make this seamless throughout the lifespan of a show, and track all the data * To a TV network, this means everything.
Dijit helps TV networks reach and engage their audiences throughout the lifecycle of a show, from production through promotion through airing through streaming/on-demand.
We are LIVE with 4 major networks (ABC, FOX, BBC America, Turner), and have 7 more on… · More board to launch in Q4.
We are LIVE with 3 major TV providers (Comcast, DirecTV, DISH), and have 4 more on board to launch in Q4.
We are LIVE with the top streaming services (Netflix, Amazon, iTunes, and Hulu), and will add others in Q4/Q1.
Dijit develops a b2b platform targeting the entertainment industry, enabling it to efficiently spend and target promotional budgets and collect exponentially more and better data about actual audiences than ever before. Our platform encompasses b2b and b2b2c products that build highly detailed, relevant, and unique "entertainment taste profiles" (ie ensuring comedy fans see more ads for comedy shows, not reality shows they may not enjoy).
With our proprietary data profiling we measure campaign performance across platforms and all the way to consumption, encompassing live TV, streaming, and DVR/catch-up viewing.

Why we're doing this
The team has deep entertainment industry domain expertise, and believes there is significant disruption ahead in the TV and Movie industries in particular. By creating simple consumer-facing value propositions yet partnering with networks and studios, Dijit has a unique opportunity to establish itself as *the* data layer in the entertainment industry. We believe this is the only viable model for building a successful startup in this sector, and are showing signs of success.
