I joined MillenWorks, a small engineering services company, as an electrical engineer in 1996. I established and implemented a corporate strategy under a CEO that focused entirely on the tactical. Quickly promoted, becoming President in 2006, I was able to drive 40% YoY organic revenue growth while improving operating margins. My contributions were instrumental in preparing the company for acquisition in July, 2010.
