Recently: strategizing, growing, and operationalizing 3 new and viable teams at Oscar--100s of employees over 3 locations. We tirelessly launch and innovate; building a homegrown CRM from the ground up. Draft and own ~40 key results geared to build and scale Oscar For Business, Inside Sales, and Quality Assurance.
Previously: founding, overseeing and executing all planning, strategy, and operations for Parachuting Buddha. I learned a lot about owning the stack, building partnerships, adding value props, how to pivot and pull different levers, and what it takes to implement short term solutions that roll into long term goals.
