We are expanding our Indonesian team and are seeking self-driven and result-orientated candidates to join our organization to drive our business development activities.
Suitable candidates will already have accumulated actual business development experience and track record in commercial and strategic partnership.
Responsibilities:
• Drive our commercialization and alliance agenda for Indonesia, including:
• Identifying potential new partner and developing new accounts in Indonesia
• Develop partner/client proposals and structure commercial arrangements
• Run meetings with potential client and facilitate up to contracting phase
• Ensure legally binding commercial agreements are in place
• Establish and maintain client relationships
• Any other revenue generating activities according to the Business Plan
Qualifications and Experience:
• 3 to 5 years of banking reletionship manager or relevant business development experience
• Must be self-motivated and results-oriented team player with initiative and drive. We require a ‘hungry / can do’ Startup mindset and attitude
• Must be able to handle a very visible role and act as a brand ambassador of the business
• Must be results-oriented with a focus to deliver top line targets
• Must be independent and able to navigate a resource-constrained and ambiguous Startup environment
• Experience in retail or private banking, wealth management or securities companies will be highly advantageous
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Able to work under pressure and adhere to tight deadlines
• Good english written and oral communication skills
