Functional Area: Sales/Business Development Zoop is actively looking for an outstanding, outbound oriented Sales Managers with the experience, creativity, drive and pedigree to help revolutionize the SaaS-based Enterprise Business Applications Market place.
This is very hands-on, multi-faceted and dynamic position.
Proficiency in understanding different business solutions and identifying the target customers.
Should have ability to generate good number of leads and build a strong pipe line.
Should have ability to match our products in line with clients requirements and suggest changes/modifications required.
Excellent verbal, written, visual/presentation skills, capable to give demos independently, fast learner and passion for sales, self motivated with a result driven approach.
Should be able to handle both inbound and outbound leads.
Should have 4-8 yrs of experience in IT sales of SaaS and ERP based solutions in Indian Market. Should proactively find new business by utilizing sales knowledge and Experience.
Should have worked with Fintech/Regtech Firms.


Customer acquisition: Identifying, qualifying, and securing business opportunities and coordinating business generation activities.
Building business relationships with current and potential clients.
Customer Onboarding: Understanding client needs and offering solutions and support; answering potential client questions and follow-up call questions; responding to client requests for proposals (RFPs).
Creating and maintaining a list/database of prospect clients; maintaining database (Fresh Sales, Zoho, CRM, Excel, etc.) of prospective client information.
Cold calling; making multiple inbound calls to potential clients; closing sales and working with client through closing process.
Maintaining a pipeline of all sales administration using CRM software.
Competitor analysis.
Perform market analysis and competitor due diligence
Communications, Team Management, Sales Management, Analytics
Should be responsible for market research for generating new customers, business development and cold calling, primarily for Indian Market.
