We are looking for a passionate and entrepreneurial Head of Business Development to develop and grow our revenue solutions in a time of rapid growth. The main purpose of this role is to drive and increase sales across advertising, sponsorships and creative solutions. This role will play an essential part in the growth strategy of Zolima CityMag. - Partner with the top management and develop business development strategy, budgets and forecasts in line with business objective
- Identify and prioritise strategic operational initiatives to develop new multichannel revenue solutions.
- Use data to inform an evidence based business development and sales strategy and performance.
- Oversee and monitor implementation of new revenue B2B or/and B2C online and offline channel solutions to deliver and surpass prospective revenue goals.
- Identify, develop and nurture relationship with business partners, patrons, sponsors, clients in – but not limited to - the hospitality, life style, art and creative industries.
- Promote Zolima CityMag as a commercial, institutional or media partner for leading brands, organisations, institutions and event organisers.
- Promote and close sales of sponsored content, events, promotional and branding solutions across all Zolima CityMag advertising and sponsorship channels
- Assist product developer/founder to define, develop and produce creative revenue based solutions, such as but not limited to B2B sponsored events and B2C events that will ad value to the Client’s community in partnership with service and product suppliers in the relevant industries.


In addition to demonstrating a high level of business acumen and commercial sense, you will already have customer service, sales or project management experience, be able to demonstrate curiosity, creativity and entrepreneurial flair and be ambitious, forward-thinking and proactive. A strong interest in and knowledge of the culture and art scene of Hong Kong is a plus.

- Bachelor’s Degree from a 4-year university
- Minimum 5 years of direct sales or business development or project management experience in a closing role
- Powerpoint - Photoshop (presentation tools) - Excel

Native / Highly proficiency English speaker. Cantonese is a plus
