Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative (BDR) or Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for prospecting, qualifying, and generating new business leads to support our sales team. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and a desire to grow their career in sales.

Responsibilities:

Conduct outbound prospecting to generate new business opportunities
Engage with prospects through phone, email, and social media to build relationships and uncover pain points
Conduct in-depth research on target accounts and industries to better understand their business needs and challenges
Qualify leads and schedule meetings with our sales team to move opportunities forward
Maintain accurate records of lead generation activities and outcomes using our CRM system
Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop and refine prospecting strategies
Conduct sales calls & follow-ups
Close prospects and onboard them as new clients
Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual lead generation quotas

Requirements:

1-2 years of experience in a BDR/SDR role or a similar sales role in a B2B SaaS company
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Strong problem-solving skills, ability to think critically, and negotiation skills
A self-starter who is motivated to learn and grow in their role
Familiarity with CRM systems and sales automation tools
